What makes a well-qualified PFC candidate?

If you’d like to be a part of the PFC Safeguards team, below are minimum requirements and desired qualifications:

Minimum of 21 years of age

No criminal record or history of substance abuse

Current or prior law enforcement or military experience

Steady, verifiable, and relevant employment history

CCW/HR218/LEOSA current or capable

PSOC and/or PDOC training program certifications

EMT, TCCC, or other medical training certifications

Professional appearance and in good physical condition

Mature, flexible, reliable, and trustworthy

Excellent decision-making and communications skills

Ability to think and act independently or excel as a member of a team
